What to do if you need to make a claim

When you need to make a claim on your insurance you need the process to be as clear as possible so you know what to expect. Our claims process helps us collate all of the information we require more easily so we can provide you with a response as quickly as possible.

You can either make a claim online, or call the team to notify us.

Please remember: If you receive any correspondence from a third party, this should be forwarded on to your insurer immediately, unanswered.

If you are insured with Aviva on their Annual Performance Policy, you can contact them using their 24-hour numbers. If you are not insured under our Aviva scheme, please refer to your insurer’s policy wording booklet for details of their claims contact numbers.
